THE IRI APPLICATION PROCESS
Step 1 - APPLY
When you apply to join the IRI team, we take your interest seriously. First, your resume is reviewed by a member of our Talent Acquisition group (no automated screening here!).
Step 2 - INITIAL CALL
Then, if you have the credentials we're looking for, we'll schedule an initial call to learn more about you and your background and allow us to share more detail about the job and about IRI. This first call helps us both find out if we are a fit for one another.
Step 3 - AREA EXPERTISE
Next, you'll be introduced to a member of the hiring team for the position you're applying for. That means if you're a labor consultant, you'll talk with one of our labor-focused Managing Directors.
Step 4 - MEET WITH LEADERSHIP
Believe it or not, the final step includes meetings with our COO and CEO! We want to get to know you and make sure you feel connected to every member of the team.
It's a rigorous process, and if you're selected to be part of IRI, it's a distinction of which you can be proud.
